Melissa was born and raised in Lincoln, NE, graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Prior to joining LFS, Melissa worked for JP Morgan as a Retirement Plan Specialist, helping 401K clients with their investment strategies. Melissa's main responsibilities with LFS include overseeing our financial planning strategies for our clients, and her attention to detail, good listening skills and great empathy are vital in helping us build a plan to help provide financial peace to our clients, always listening to your concerns and treating your financial goals with the same care and interest that she devotes to her own.
She also is instrumental in helping our operations and client service, effectively supported by a team of administration specialists whose teamwork and professionalism help us build long term relationships with our growing client base.
She currently holds her Series 7 and 66 license, and has been a facilitator for Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University. In her free time Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, baking, and exploring the world.
